Enroll in the next training session of the StrongHer certification. Which takes place last Saturday of the month..

STEP 2

Meet your coach and other fierce females and successfully complete you 60 to 90 minute training session.

STEP 3

Receive your certification in class and get ready to start utilizing the axel bars your next session and improve your fitness and wellness journey.
